Has anyone ever tried to tell you how to fix your computer over the phone? You’ve got a technological wizard on the other end telling you that you should have deleted your cache and probably need to reset the router, then maybe something-or-other about the server. Makes perfect sense, right? Wrong. It makes no sense, and that’s exactly what we want to avoid.

We started Live Consulting in 2004 with an oh-so-simple goal of providing small and medium businesses with the same level of service as any corporate empire, but with less computer-speak. That’s not to say we won’t work with a larger company, but our sweet spot is made up of those 1-100 PC businesses in the Denver metro area who just need someone to make things happen.

We could tell you all about our 30 years of combined experience and brag about our impressive client record (like how we’ve never lost one), but what you really need to know is why we’re good enough to work for you.

We understand business: We know you’re simultaneously trying to provide a product or service, stick to the budget, manage your employees and maybe even clean the bathroom all at the same time. We understand you are busy.  Our experts can find an IT solution that works for you during any stage, from consultation to purchase to implementation.

We don’t sell hot products: We don’t sell hot products, but that’s because no one really needs a hot product. People are just buying them because they’re, well, hot. If there’s a product that will work perfectly for you and it happens to be new, then yeah, we’ll let you know. But we’re not interested in selling you the hot item of the week or the buzz word of the month. We’re more interested in the “offer and install the right solution” kind of approach.

We’re run by do-ers, not sellers: We don’t have sales people at Live Consulting. We have trained IT professionals who are capable of understanding your needs and finding the right solution to fix your challenges. Yeah, I guess you could say we’re a bunch of computer nerds, but we’re the kind that can talk to people, too.
