In today's business climate, it can be tough to plan for unforseen IT problems and maintenance. To help small to medium size companies, we have designed a monthly maintenance agreement so that you can plan in your budget for this necessary cost. Generally our proposals for a maintenance agreement with you last for 1 calendar year. If at the end of that year, your company is using LiveConsulting more than the defined contract terms, we will renegotiate so that it is more feasible economically. We want to work with you and your budget, keeping you nimble in today's marketplace.
