If you are viewing this page, you are in need of IT support.  Proceed with the steps below:

  1. If you are a current client of LiveConsulting, please call 303.217.3000 in order to get a LiveConsulting tech involved. If you are not a current client, call the number above or send an email to sales@liveconsulting.com so we can expedite the new client process to get you immediate IT support.
  2. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet in order for remote support to be possible.
  3. Once you have contact with a LiveConsulting tech, click the large help button below.  Choose PC or MAC.  Your assigned tech will help you with the next steps.
