General Client Support
This is a “call-us-when-you-need-us” kind of approach.
There’s no contract, no monthly fee and no hassle. Need to install or update new software? Give us a call. Need someone to get rid of that virus? We can do that, too. Whether you need us once, once a month, or once every three months – we always bill at our hourly rate.
“You’re Covered” Maintenance Agreement
Get the service and accessibility of a true IT department, for less.
For a monthly fee you’ll receive an unlimited amount of service, whether it takes 5 hours or 50 hours. We’ll get the job done and you won’t have to worry about how long it takes – because the price won’t change. This is the best of both worlds: you have access to an “in-house” IT department without actually having them in house.
Hours Based Maintenance Agreement
This option is sort of in-between the General Client Support and “You’re Covered” options.
If you know you’re going to need an average of 10 hours of support each month, you can commit to that number for a reduced rate. You know your needs aren’t sporadic, but they’re not quite full-time either. This is a great way to take advantage of our hours-only approach, but save some money. The more hours you commit to, the more you save!
